JibonOJeebika – a non-profit, volunteer-run online educational institution – aims to equip Bengali children with modern skills from an early age. We feel that school college education – be it medium – be it board is failing to prepare children for future life from childhood. Because the school syllabus, teaching methods are not keeping pace with modern job demands. For which we have also created an online learning platform – through which people from children to adults can be educated in modern skills.

1. Health of body and mind of students is our highest priority. For this, yoga classes have started for everyone – many more creative classes, meditation sports we will start.
2. More ambition and right aspirations should be inculcated in the minds of the students. Bengali students have absolutely no ambition. They are more interested in being a servant than a master. They keep thinking – life will go on. But the harsh truth is it won’t go In this world of automation – AI, robots – the lower category low salary jobs are all slowly disappearing.
3. Teaching coding/programming to students from a very early age – so that they become very proficient in computer programming. Because this is now a master skill for a good job or business. We have started this work first – which is preparing the students in our prescribed syllabus/programme.
4. To take students’ English communication skills to a professional level. Bengal now has English medium schools in alleyways – but the children who are learning English there – are not eligible for any good job. Our English program uses modern software – teaching English with modern AI tools – so that students can advance with the help of modern technology.
5. Teaching numbers better. Because the school maths syllabus is outdated- boring- and not up to date. We are teaching math in a very modern way – kids are doing math using modern tools like spreadsheets, python, ChatGPT – to overcome their fear of maths – and maths is a good “skill” for them for life.
6. Self learning – Enhancing mind focus/mind connection – these will be emphasized
7. Mainly three things will be emphasized for teaching science – One, so that they can start preparing for NEET/IIT from class 8 onwards. Two, taking classes with established Bengali scientists – so that they get better practical ideas, three, we are arranging mobile laboratories, pocket laboratories in future.
8. Those who are undergraduate science and engineering students – we are teaching them how to get internships. Because if they get a good internship – only then they could get a good job. So programming/coding, teaching good skills, interview soft skills – everything will be arranged gradually. A lot more is slowly coming from the mock coding test.
9. Those who are unemployed with many degrees – or not satisfied with government jobs – want to earn more income by freelancing from home – providing programming / coding / digital marketing for them. Training on investment/share trading for this section will also be provided in future.
10. To train farmers/traders in their fields in a more modern way – so that they can get loans, sell their products better.
