Dr. Biplab Pal has a Ph.D. in EE/ECE and MS/BS in Physics.

He is CTO & Co-Founder of leading IoT and Healthcare companies Machinesense and Opteev based out of Baltimore, Maryland. He holds more than 30 US patents in IT/IoT/Sensor System areas.

He also serves as an Adjunct Research Professor in CARDS (Center for Real-time Distributed Sensing and Autonomy) and Dept. of Information Systems at the University of Maryland at Baltimore County (UMBC).
